先入観なく珈琲を味わってほしい。どんな時に、どんな珈琲を飲みたいか。季節や暮らしの中で、その瞬間ごとに変わるもの。そんな思いから、豆の種類や味の情報は記しません。森に囲まれ、北信州の山々を望む焙煎所から。この地の美しく澄んだ空気と火が織り混ざった珈琲豆と、そっと寄り添う季節の彩りを届けられたら。

黒姫の深い森を背にし、野尻湖の湖畔にほど近い僕らの暮らしは自然に囲まれた北信州は信濃町、黒姫の地にあります。月に一週間だけ扉が開く珈室（こしつ）に於いて珈琲と甘味を紡ぎもてなす珈琲 ﾉ 席を、国内外で夫婦で主宰しています。
With the deep forests of Kurohime at our back and the shores of Lake Nojiri nearby, we live in the nature-rich land of Shinano Town, Kurohime, in northern Nagano.Once a month, for just one week, we open the doors of Koshitsu, a space where we weave together coffee and sweets in hospitality. As a couple, we host Kōhī no Seki both in Japan and abroad.

In the slightly late spring, fresh greenery sprouts all at once, and the cherry blossoms in our garden bloom in full. In the cool summer, where fireflies dance, the sky stretches endlessly blue, and at night, a blanket of stars fills the heavens.Autumn brings vibrant colors, as the trees in the forest weave a beautiful tapestry, and the rice fields turn golden..Wrapped in crisp, silent air, winter is a world of white—today, too, a fox peeks out from the forest.

彼の作品にはじめて出会ったのはおそらく大学2年のころ。その唯一無二の表情に一瞬で心囚われた。僕が社会人になっても年に数回会う機会もあり時をが経ち会社を辞め「 珈琲 占野 」としての活動も始めのころ彼から連絡があった。「今度の個展で何か一緒にできたら」いまの珈琲 ﾉ 席が生まれたのもこの時、共にした空間、時間があったから。それからも福岡の うつしき に於いて約二年に一度その時をご一緒している。この蓋碗とアルコールランプは二回目の際に珈琲用としてつくっていただいた彼のそのはじめの作品。
北信州は信濃町、黒姫の地において夫が焙煎する珈琲と妻が生み出す甘味たちを紡ぎ「四季の間（ま）にあるその一瞬の時」をたのしむ為の空間、「珈室（こしつ）」をつくりました。さまざまな現代作家の作品たち、あるいは古物や自然物で場を設えます。四季によってうつろう珈室に於いて、この地の空気と混ざり合い焙煎した珈琲と季節の恵みをお皿にした甘味と共に、この地でお待ちしております。
In Shinano Town, Kurohime, northern Nagano, we created Koshitsu—a space to savor the fleeting moments between the seasons. Here, my husband roasts coffee, and I craft sweets, weaving them together in harmony. is set with works by contemporary artists, antiques, and natural elements.. With each season, the atmosphere of Koshitsu shifts. We welcome you to experience this place, where coffee roasted in the local air and seasonal sweets come together.
