Coffee no Seki at tonoto with Ryohei Yamamoto

Artists with whom we share a connection—and galleries both at home and abroad—come together to create moments of coffee and sweets. We also host an exhibition of artists here at Kurohime. 珈琲 占野として活動してまだ数ヶ月、tonoto の武さんに声をかけていただき、陶芸家の山本亮平さんとご一緒させていただきました。

 

珈琲 占野としての珈琲の形を探していた頃、

いまの珈琲 ﾉ 席を形作る上で大切な時間を過ごさせていただきました。

 Having only been active as Coffee Shimeno for a few months, I was approached by Mr. Take of tonoto and given the opportunity to collaborate with ceramic artist Ryohei Yamamoto.

 

 During the time I was searching for the form of coffee as Coffee Shimeno,

 I spent a crucial period shaping what Coffee Shimeno is today.

 

 ※This is my first attempt at creating a video, from filming to editing.
